Asian Baked Mussels:

Ingredients:

  • Sriracha Sauce (2 tablespoons; depends on how spicy you want them to be)
  • Mayonnaise (1 1/4 cup)
  • Dried Basil (optional)
  • Mussels (14)
  • Garlic (3 cloves)
  • Olive Oil
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Boil mussels in hot pot until they open up, rinse when done
  3. Remove mussels from half shell and cut into pieces, then return mussels into their half shell
  4. Dice garlic, then put into a small bowl the diced garlic, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce. Mix well
  5. Brush shells with olive oil
  6. Cover mussels with sauce
  7. Sprinkle mussels with dried basil (optional)
  8. Bake in 350 degree Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
